ICCSC Masjid · Fort Mill, SC

Friday Marketplace

Vendor application

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

ICCSC welcomes vendors whose products and services benefit our community. On selected Fridays, approved vendors set up outdoors in the marketplace area on the masjid grounds after Jumu'ah. Hot or prepared foods are not permitted, and neither are grills or cooking equipment, since the masjid serves donated restaurant food after Jumu'ah. Baked goods, packaged foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and drinks are welcome.

Vendors may finish setting up before the Jumu'ah adhan (1:30 PM), or set up at 2:15 PM once the salah has ended. Nothing may be set up, sold or promoted from the adhan until the salah has ended. Vending runs from 2:15 PM until 4:00 PM.

Every vendor needs ICCSC's approval before selling, handing out products or offering services on masjid property. Tell us about your stall below. We review each application and reply by email; approval names the products, dates and hours it covers. Please read the Vendor Policy first.

There is no vendor fee at this time, though donations back to the masjid are always welcome. Fees may apply in the future.

6 · Agreement

By applying you agree to the ICCSC Vendor Policy. In short:

  • All products MUST be Halal.
  • Approval is for the named vendor, products or services, date and time only. It cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • No hot or prepared foods, and no grills, stoves, warmers or other cooking equipment: the masjid serves donated restaurant food after Jumu'ah. Food must arrive ready to sell: baked goods, packaged items, fresh produce and drinks.
  • Vending is outdoors only, in the marketplace area ICCSC indicates. Entrances, exits, sidewalks, fire lanes, accessible routes and parking must stay clear.
  • No vehicles parked next to the booth: unload, then park in the regular parking area.
  • Nothing may be set up, sold or promoted from the Jumu'ah adhan until the salah has ended. Worship and masjid programs always come first.
  • No loud music, amplified advertising, shouting or disruptive solicitation.
  • Vendors bring their own tent, tables, chairs and supplies, and leave the area clean. Trash, equipment, signs, food waste, grease and wastewater all leave with the vendor. Nothing goes into drains or onto the grounds.
  • Displays, merchandise, signs, clothing, language and conduct must suit a masjid. The ICCSC name and logo may not be used in advertising without permission.
  • Vendors are responsible for their staff, merchandise, equipment, money, vehicles and property, and for any damage their operation causes. ICCSC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. ICCSC may ask for proof of licences, permits, insurance or halal sourcing.
  • Food vendors are responsible for the safety and quality of what they sell: keep it fresh, covered, clean and at a safe temperature, and be ready to say what is in it. ICCSC is not responsible for any illness caused by food sold at the marketplace.
  • There is no vendor fee at this time, and donations back to the masjid are welcome. ICCSC may introduce fees in the future.
  • Vending at ICCSC is a privilege. ICCSC may decline or limit vendors, assign spots and hours, require unapproved items to be removed, and suspend or revoke approval at any time.
