2025 Election - Annual Membership Dues

This message is a follow-up to our earlier communication regarding ICCSC Masjid's Annual Membership Dues Payment. We would like to provide more detailed information about the dues process, verification steps, and how to confirm your payment and membership status.

Collection Schedule

We will begin the process at Jumu'ah on July 24th, 2025: from 12:30PM to start of Jumu'ah (1:30), then immediately after Jumu'ah.

  • Brothers will be downstairs
  • Sisters will be upstairs

This membership dues collection will continue at every Jumu'ah until August 31, 2025.

Membership Contribution

The annual membership due is a symbolic $1 (preferably cash), as mandated. However, members are encouraged to contribute more to help support the Masjid's operations, services, and facility needs.

Payment & Confirmation Process

Payment Details:

  • Payments will be accepted in person at the Masjid after Jumu'ah prayers.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash or credit card
  • Members will be required to present a valid photo ID showing their current address for verification.
  • Your personal information will be used solely for membership verification purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection guidelines.

Once you have paid and completed verification:

  • A confirmation will be sent via email or text
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 week, please contact the ICCSC Masjid Shura.

Additional Verification (If Needed)

In some cases, the ICCSC Masjid Shura Executive Committee may request an in-person meeting to confirm eligibility. This may occur due to:

  • An address mismatch between your photo ID and submitted information
  • Other inconsistencies in the membership record

If contacted, you will be asked to provide a brief explanation and supporting documentation to resolve the discrepancy. All verifications will be handled fairly and consistently, and decisions will be made in accordance with ICCSC Masjid's internal policies.
