Brothers Fitness Bootcamp
Build physical fitness, mental toughness, and strength.

The Prophet of Allah, sallallahu alaihi wasallam, told us that, our own self has rights over us, that is, our body has rights over us. Islam encourages anything that promotes refreshing the mind or revitalizing the body, provided it does not lead to, or involve any wrongdoing, or cause harm.

  • WHAT: This is a free fitness program for Brothers only - ages 16 and above with a primary purpose to enhance the strength, endurance and general fitness level of community members. Areas of focus: back, legs, core, shoulder and cardio with minimal or no equipment.
  • WHEN: One-hour session (exact time to be determined), 3 days per week, 4-week program. Tentative start – Dec 6th.
  • WHERE: Soccer field or gym (rainy days).
  • WHO: We are excited to have Br. Rizqi, a trained Tae Kwon Do individual, who will lead classes along with a similarly qualified trainer as a backup.
  • Notes: This program, if successful, can be expanded beyond the 4 weeks. Also, we seeking a trained female to run a Sister’s Bootcamp separately. Scheduling will be determined between by the trainer and participants.
